Abstract

結論
著者는 酸腐蝕處理된 琺瑯質表面의 口腔內變化를 알아보기 위하여 脫落時期의 乳臼齒와
乳前齒, 矯正目的으로 拔去할 第一小臼齒의 頰面을 酸腐蝕하고 一定期問口腔內에 存在後
拔去하고 酸腐蝕形態와 口腔內에서의 回復여부 및 그 期間, 齒面洗磨와 弗素局所塗布의 效
果에 대해 走査電子顯微鏡으로 觀察하여 다음과 같은 結科를 얻었다.
1. 酸腐蝕琺瑯質表面이 時間의 경과에 따라 平滑한 面으로 變化되었으나, 1週後와 2週後
의 酸腐植表面은 매우 거칠고 甚한 殘存酸腐蝕形態가 觀察되었다.
2. 4週後의 酸腐蝕琺瑯質表面은 全般的인 回復樣相을 보이나 不規則한 表面과 약간의
殘存酸腐蝕形態가 觀察되었다.
3. 8週後의 酸腐蝕琺瑯質表面은 正常琺瑯質表面과 類似하게 平活한 面으로 觀察되었다.
4. 酸腐蝕後齒面洗磨한 境遇의 琺瑯質表面이 齒面洗磨하지 않은 境遇보다 平滑한 面으로
觀察되었다.
5. 酸腐蝕後弗素局所塗布한 境遇의 琺瑯質表面이 弗素局所塗布하지 않은 境遇보다 平滑
한 面으로 觀察되었다.

A SEM study was performed to evaluate the change of the enamel surface of teeth
which was etched with 37% phosphoric acid and left in the oral environment for 1
week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks.
And, the effects of pumicing and fluoride topical application on the etched enamel
were evaluated with SEM.
The results were as follows;
1. After 1 week & 2 weeks, SEM picture of the etched enamel showed significantly
irregular surface and residual etched pattern.
2. After 4 weeks, SEM picture of the etched enamel showed slightly irregular surface
and residual etched pattern.
3. After 8 weeks, SEM picture of the etched enamel showed smooth surface and was
similar to that of sound enamel.
4. When the surface of the etched enamel was pumiced, the SEM picture showed
smoother surface than that of the etched enamel which was not pumiced.
5. When the surface of the etched enamel was applied with fluoride, the SEM picture
showed smoother surface than that of the etched enamel which was not applied with
fluoride.
